Beer maker sues over domain
The largest brewing company, AB InBev, is suing a resident of South Korea over the domain name abinbev.com.
A man named Sun Wook Yun registered the domain "abinbev.com" after the merger of InBev and Anheuser-Bush. The merger resulted in the formation of AB InBev. The enterprising Korean quickly registered the domain name with the name of the newly formed company.
The site currently hosts an online dating service. The brewing company's lawyers believe that the domain owner, Sun Wook Yun, will be declared a cybersquatter by the court, and as a result, the "abinbev.com" domain will be transferred to AB InBev.
