RBC completed the acquisition of Ru-Center.

RBC has completed the acquisition of JSC RSIC, a domain name registrar and hosting provider for Ru-Center.

RBC acquired a 100% stake in the company, the transaction valued at approximately 920 million rubles. As a result of the deal, Ru-Center became part of the RBC holding company, part of the Hosting Community structure.

RBC's intention to buy Ru-Center first became known in March 2011, and since then RBC has been in charge of the company's operational management.

The integration of Ru-Center was handled by Hosting Community Managing Partner Alexander Panov, who has combined this position with that of CEO of JSC RSIC since 2011.

As a result of the deal, Hosting Community will be able to increase its share of the Russian hosting and domain name registration market.
