British billionaire Richard Branson won a lawsuit over the domain name RichardBranson.xxx. The domain was registered last year by Australian resident Sean Trueman. Shortly afterward, Richard Branson filed a complaint against it with the National Arbitration Court.

The National Arbitration Forum (NAF) found the domain to be registered in bad faith and in violation of the formal requirements for the .XXX domain zone.
