The "Rzhunimagu" trademark has been registered in Russia.

The application to register this trademark was submitted by VDB Group, one of Russia's largest producers of comedy series.

The name "Rzhunimagu" with the smiley sign written at the end will become the Russian version of the name of the Canadian comedy show "lol:-)" ("Laughing out loud").

VDB Group is currently broadcasting the series online, but is not ruling out transferring the rights to one of the television channels in the future.

Branding experts believe the trend of using internet memes as different names is only gaining momentum, which is due to the popularity of such names among today's young, active audience.
