A Russian cosmetics company is registering the Photoshop brand.

Russian cosmetics company Narodnye Promysly has applied to register the Photoshop brand in Russia.

The company produces budget-friendly cosmetics. This summer, it plans to release an updated "Propeller" series, which will include "Turboactive," "Immuno," and "Maskirovka" products, as well as a toner-powder and foundation called "Photoshop."

The company promises to launch these products for sale regardless of whether a response is received from Rospatent.

It is noteworthy that Adobe, the developer of Photoshop, has not registered its trademark in Russia, but the company has an international registration for this brand.

Experts do not rule out the possibility of Folk Crafts registering the Photoshop trademark, especially if this brand and Adobe's trademark are used in different product categories.
