Russian companies have submitted several applications for new domains.

The Smart Internet Foundation has applied to ICANN for the .ДЕТИ top-level domain.

According to the authors of the idea for implementing such a domain, it will host children's websites that are guaranteed to be safe and will not contain prohibited content.

The .ДЕТИ domain is an initiative of the Coordination Center for the National Internet Domain.

To work on the .ДЕТИ domain, the non-profit foundation "Smart Internet" was created.
