A landmark deal has been concluded in the Russian hosting market.

Inoventica acquired 60% of Garant-Park-Internet LLC (operating under the Parking.ru brand). The transaction value was 200 million rubles.

Parking.ru plans to become a universal tool offering cloud hosting, traditional hosting, IT infrastructure outsourcing, software development, and much more.

Parking.ru currently serves over 5,000 clients and primarily operates in the small and medium-sized business market.

As a result of the deal, Inoventica will provide its infrastructure to Parking.ru, including its backbone network and data center. Inoventica plans to double Parking.ru's revenue annually.
