According to statistics from the Hostmaster company regarding the registration of domain names on the Ukrainian Internet in August of this year, the total number of domains compared to July 2010 increased by 3,114 thousand and reached 510,210 thousand.

Chernivtsi's .CV.UA domain zone became the most popular by absolute number of new registrations. The number of domain names increased by 2,100. The traditional leader of the Ukrainian registration market, .COM.UA, only took second place with 1,900.
