Lamebook sues Facebook

Lamebook, a parody of Facebook, has filed a lawsuit against the social network. Facebook previously filed claims of trademark infringement.

In commenting on their lawsuit, Lamebook representatives stated that they are protected by the First Amendment to the US Constitution, which guarantees freedom of the press.

Facebook has threatened to sue services and companies that use the word "book" in their names several times. And recently, the companyfiledA lawsuit against the owners of the website faceporn.com regarding the protection of their own brand.
