The price for registering domains in the .XXX zone has been announced.

ICM Registry, the administrator of the .XXX domain, has announced the cost of registering domains in the .XXX zone.

Registering a .XXX domain name will cost between $75 and $650. ICM Registry plans to offer registration in several stages and through several methods.

Domain registration in the .XXX zone will begin this December. In early September, trademark owners will have 30 days to register domains with the same name as their brand. ICM promised that brand owners not associated with the porn industry will be able to obtain a domain, thereby protecting their trademark from cybersquatters. Additionally, for $680, you can block your .XXX domain name from being registered by other users.

The cost of registering regular websites in the .XXX domain zone during the priority registration period will cost between $250 and $300 per year per domain (depending on the registrar).

Once free registration in this domain zone opens, it will be possible to register a name here for $75-$130.

Some registrars have announced so-called wholesale pricing for .XXX domains. For example, registering a single .XXX domain through DomainMonster costs $99.99, but if a client is interested in a domain portfolio, the price can be reduced to $89.99 (for more than 10 domains) or even $74.99 (for more than 25 domains).
