NIC.UA in figures: 2014 results (infographics)

"Wow! Did we really handle 50,000 requests in 2014?" That's the reaction I expect from our support team when this infographic is published. It seems incredible that daily emails, calls, and chats translate into tens of thousands of requests over the course of a year.

The infographic below shows the number of clients and paid invoices. Please note that we have not included invoices for free orders. As a socially responsible company, we fulfill hundreds of domain and hosting orders for charities and volunteer organizations, orphanages, and religious institutions free of charge. At the time of publication, we also support 40,745 .PP.UA domains free of charge.

Summarizing these results is a labor-intensive but rewarding exercise. Calculating numbers and percentages offers opportunities:

• for clients - to assess the scale of the company whose services they use
• For employees, it allows them to see the results of their work in quantitative terms and development prospects.

This means that the results of this work will become our annual column :)
