South Korean domain registrar Gabia was hacked.

Gabia, a South Korean domain registrar, was hacked, disrupting connections to over 100,000 registered domains.

The attack exposed information on 100,000 domains and 350,000 users. The compromised data included names, user IDs, passwords, and registration numbers.

The HSBC Korea website was also hacked and paralyzed for more than an hour, preventing customers from accessing its online banking functions.

Experts have called the hack one of the largest information security incidents in recent times in the Southeast Asian region.
