Spammers have become more active in the .РФ domain.

According to a report from Kaspersky Lab, one of the main characteristics of November regarding spam activity was the exploitation of the .РФ domain zone by spammers.

Spam emails have begun frequently mentioning offers to participate in closed bidding for several Cyrillic second-level domains. Furthermore, spam emails are increasingly advertising websites in the .РФ zone dedicated to training, web optimization, and spammer self-promotion.

In November, India was the leading spam-sending country, with computers in that country sending more than 10% of the world's spam.
