Zynga wins lawsuit over ZyngaWorld.com domain name

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Authority has ruled that the domain name ZyngaWorld.com now belongs to Zynga. Zynga filed a complaint with WIPO on January 29, 2011, claiming legal rights to the domain name.

The video game company owns the US-registered trademark "Zynga." The company's representatives claimed that the disputed domain was similar to their trademark. They also claimed that the defendant registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith.
