Transfer of documents with electronic digital signature (via service "Vchasno")

We are often faced with the need to complete and send applications and copies of documents to fulfill certain requests. For example, to change registrant data or transfer an order to another account. To speed up the process of transferring such documents, it is possible to sign scanned copies of documents with the help of electronic digital signature and transfer them through the service "Vchasno".

⚠️ It is also possible to transfer documents using the Paperless service.

To transfer documents using "Vchasno", follow simple steps:

1. Download and sign the scanned copies of the documents.
2. Send the signed documents using such data:
   • Company registry ID: 34984247
   • Email: billing@nic.ua
3. Notify us: at support@nic.ua.
